Meet Lara: Founder of All About Ultrasound, Inc. and iHeartEcho, Lara has been a leading expert in the ultrasound industry since 2002. She began her career in Central Florida, working in trauma and outpatient centers, where her skills and dedication propelled her to Clinical Director of a mobile ultrasound company. In 2008, she took her expertise to the next level by launching her own mobile ultrasound service and nationwide accreditation firm. Lara has also served as an Education Specialist for hospital systems, where she developed and implemented ultrasound training programs to improve clinical practices and patient care. Additionally, her role with leading ultrasound manufacturers, has further broadened her experience, allowing her to bridge clinical expertise with innovative ultrasound technology solutions.

With a proven track record, Lara has successfully created clinical education resources and guided hospitals and physician offices nationwide to achieve echocardiography and vascular ultrasound accreditation through the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) and American College of Radiology (ACR). Her passion lies in empowering sonographers and organizations to excel, ensuring patients receive the highest quality ultrasound and echocardiography exams performed by professionals committed to excellence.
